1 General, definitions

The following general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to the business relationship between the seller and the customer in the version valid at the time of the order.

Individual contractual agreements have priority over these terms and conditions. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions do not become part of the contract unless their validity is expressly agreed.

2 conclusion of contract

The presentation of the goods on the website does not constitute a binding offer, but merely an invitation to submit an offer.

By clicking on the"Buy"button, you are making a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart and accept these terms and conditions. The order confirmations that are then sent only document that we have received your order, but do not yet represent an acceptance of the offer. A contract is only concluded with the express acceptance or the dispatch confirmation.

3 Reservation of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made. You will inform us immediately about access by third parties to goods delivered under retention of title and send us the documents justifying access and a copy of the seizure protocol.

4th Final provisions

The law of the Republic of Austria applies exclusively to our business relationship, excluding the UN Sales Convention and the reference standards (IPRG, EVÜ). If you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Austria, the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court at our headquarters is agreed, whereby this place of jurisdiction does not apply to consumers.

These general terms and conditions remain binding in their remaining parts even if individual points are legally ineffective.
